Ben's Cookies run a chain of freshly baked Cookie stores in towns around the UK. It was apparent from customer enquiries that there was a popular demand for being able to buy these products online.


Click-Rate worked with Ben's Cookies to devise a shopping cart that met the business requirements. This included the ordering function for a customer to choose a selection from 15 different cookie flavours and add them to a tin of 8 or box of 10 cookies.  


The UK's first online cookie stored launched in June 2007 and the site began immediately taking sales. Following this success, a 2nd Ben's Cookies site was developed and launched for the USA.
